2025 National Fees
Registration: $50
State Pageant Fee: $450 (not more than) includes: All required competitions including one FREE Optional Competition worth 20% of your overall score, rhinestone T-shirt (picked up at State Check-in), chance to win a state title, state prize package, and represent your state at the 2025 United States Emissary National Pageant.
State Appointed Title Fee: $349 (states without a state pageant ONLY!) includes: Official State Title, Official State Crown, Official State Sash, rhinestone T-shirt (picked up at National Check-in), Appointed Delegate Program
Nationals Competition Package Fee: $1149 includes: All Required National Competitions including one Optional Competition of your choice, Parties, Off-site Trip, Chaperone Badge for the dressing room, National Charity Fund contribution, National Queen’s Scholarship Fund contribution, full-page Spotlight with professional ad page design, and Yearbook Book
National Optional Competitions: $75 (Except studio model which is $150 and includes images from your photo shoot.)
National Crown Optional Competitions: $275
Our 2025 National Competition revolves around the EPICenter! Delegates are invited to a themed welcome party hosted by our National Queens, shop Spirit Wear and fashions from our National Sponsors, showcase their platform, collaborate on a service project with their sister queens, go on an adventure on an off-site excursion and get the royal treatment at the 2025 Masquerade Ball Ice Cream Social. With sightseeing in historic downtown Philadelphia, this is a National Event you won’t want to miss!
Our Queens are highlighted for their own unique gifts and talents as they compete in areas that suit their passions, they will dance the night away in a dress of their choosing for opening number, participate in photo shoots, build friendships, share and collaborate on their service work, be uplifted as they build confidence, while competing for a National Title. Fun, family and friendship await in this ethically run, bully-free pageant!

Payment Plans
We have a couple convenient options for payment plans including AfterPay. Crowns and sashes are not shipped until the State-Appointed Title Fee is paid. Contact the national office at info@epicpageants.com if you need assistance setting up a payment plan.
