At Emissary Pageants International Congress, we believe in full transparency. To that end, fees may not be more than listed below. State Directors and the National Office may choose to charge less but not more than the following. There may be additional costs associated with competeing but we make every effort to be fair and transparent in advance. FOR CURRENT FEES CHECK WITH YOUR DIRECTOR!
Application Fee: $50
State Pageant Fee: $450 – Includes Local Title Crown and Sash, National T-shirt and State Required Competitions
State Optional Competitions: $50 (Except Studio Model: $100)
State Optional Title Competitions: $150
State Appointed Title Fee: $450 – Includes State Crown and Sash, National T-shirt and Appointed Delegate Program
Nationals Package Fee: $1150 – Includes required National Competitions including one Optional Competition of your choice, Parties, Off-site Trip, Chaperone Badge for the dressing room (for delegates under 18), National Charity Fund contribution, National Queen’s Scholarship Fund contribution, full-page Spotlight with professional ad page design, and Yearbook Book.
National Optional Competitions: $75 (Except Studio Model: $150)
National Crown Optional Competitions: $250
Late Fees: $50 per month late
NOTE: When delegates don’t pay on time, the pageant incurs rush fees and expedited delivery fees for everything we order. Deadlines are set to avoid having to pay these extra fees. If you are late, plan to pay late fees. Late fees are strictly enforced. Be sure to take note of all deadlines and due dates so you may avoid paying more.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are handled with AfterPay. You will find the option to utilize AfterPay as a payment option on your invoice. Crowns and sashes are not shipped until the State Appointed Title Fee is paid. If you need to split your invoice into 2 invoices please contact the National Office at info@epicpageants.com.
Note: State and National Directors may also charge a Scholarship contribution no larger than $100 to help pay State titleholder fees for the National Pageant or provide a cash prize for the National Titleholder. Directors may also offer a People’s Choice Competition at an additional cost per vote and charge for photography and guest tickets.
