One optional competition of your choice is included in your National Package Fee. You must register for it at the link below with your unique code from your acceptance email to receive your free optional. The code will take $75 off your optional registration. For Studio Model which is $150, you will have to pay the balance which covers your photo package. You may also register for additional optional competitions and the Optional Crown Competitions.

Everything will be at our host hotel except the off-site trip. A limited number of rooms are reserved, both king and queen size. If you have any issues with reserving your room under the group rate, please let me know ASAP, so that I can attempt to have more rooms added. Our group rate is valid for Tuesday June 23, 2026 - Wednesday July 1, 2026. The rate is $99 per night. Parking is valet only and is being discounted and internet is free. They also have an optional Destination Package that is optional. It is worth it if you will use it. We worked hard to negotiate this rate and ensure it is the most cost effective rate available. Rooms may fill up DO NOT WAIT TO BOOK!

NOTE ABOUT AUTHORIZED VENDORS:
You are not obligated but encouraged to use our official sponsors. These are the ONLY teams allowed backstage access to help you. As AUTHORIZED VENDORS they receive instructions on pageant preferences and rules directly from the Directorship Team. They have been vetted and tested prior to becoming AUTHORIZED VENDORS and their skill and safety standards meet or exceed our requirements. Their financial sponsorship directly contributes to the pageant experience and/or prize package and their pricing has been approved. While other vendors may be cheaper and willing to work with you in the privacy of your room, they have not been vetted by pageant staff for safety, skill, do not have the same orientation benefit and they are not contributing to the pageant's success or prize package. If you have a vendor you want considered for the list below, they may contact the National Office at 210-920-5735 or info@epicpageants.com to go through the process of becoming an authorized vendor. Choosing to utilize a AUTHORIZED VENDOR is to your best advantage as a competitor and future winner.
HAIR/MAKEUP SERVICES
You are not obligated but encouraged to use our official sponsors. These are the only hair/makeup teams allowed backstage and dressing room access. Be aware you will not be allowed to return to your room mid-show for touch ups or hair changes. Hot tools are not permitted in the dressing room for safety reasons. Plan accordingly.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM EPIC PAGEANTS
Emissary Pageants International Congress (EPIC) announces that the title of 2026 Mrs. United States Emissary has been vacated and that Kelcie McCain, first runner-up at the 2026 EPIC National Pageant, will succeed to the national title.
This decision followed an internal review conducted in accordance with EPIC’s National Titleholder Contract, organizational policies, and the standards expected of our national representatives.
As stated in our official press release, this was a contractual and organizational decision and should not be interpreted as a determination regarding any pending legal matter.
With that chapter now concluded, we look forward to celebrating Kelcie McCain as our 2026 Mrs. United States Emissary. 👑💜
Kelcie’s public crowning will take place October 4 in Midland, Texas, where she will be surrounded by family, friends, and members of the pageant community as she officially begins this new chapter of her reign.

Today, the EPIC Pageants family joins our nation in remembering September 11, 2001.
We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage during one of our nation’s darkest days.
We also remember what came afterward—neighbors helping neighbors, communities coming together, and a nation united through compassion, strength, and hope.
Twenty-five years later, their memory reminds us that service matters. Kindness matters. How we lead and how we care for one another matters.
Today, we set aside crowns, titles, and competition and simply stand together as Americans.
May we remember those we lost.
May we honor those who served.
May we carry forward the spirit of unity that brought our nation together.

Dolly`s recent loss has reminded us that the greatest gift EPIC has given us isn’t a crown, a sash, a title, or a moment on stage. It’s each other.
Life moves quickly. Reigns end. Girls grow up. Families move in different directions. We always think there will be another event, another year, another opportunity to get everyone together.
