We are so excited to extend an invitation to be a part of our program! For a LIMITED TIME, we are recruiting ambassadors to be a part of our Appointed Representative Program as EPIC Ambassadors. The ladies selected EPIC Ambassadors will be appointed as our FIRST National Queens, enabling them to utilize their titles to make an impact as they promote their platforms on a national stage and help launch Emissary Pageants International Congress. It’s your chance to make lifetime memories and be the FIRST Queen in your division!

OPTIONAL LOCAL TITLES
Want a local title?
Local titles are optional at the Emissary Pageants International Congress. Many people find them
helpful when talking with potential sponsors about sponsorships. Local titles are only available with cities, counties, and small local pageant titles on them. State regional titles are not permitted. Local titles are sash only. No crown is provided and no crown may be worn with the local sash. There are 2 ways to receive a local title.
Option 1
Purchase a local title for $49 through the state office. Reach out to the state office to purchase your local title. Contact texas@epicpageants.com
Option 2
Win a local title at a partnering local pageant as part of your EPIC-sponsored local pageant prize package. These titles will match the local pageant title and come with free registration. You will still need to pay state pageant competition fees.

The pageant is Emissary Pageants International Congress.
The ONLY abbreviation you may use is EPIC.
Do NOT create any social media accounts with this title. All social media accounts must be created through the national office. You may amend your current social media accounts where you already have an established following to reflect your new title. You may download our media guide below for social media guidance.

One optional competition of your choice is included in your State Pageant Fee. You must register for it at the link below with your unique code from your acceptance email to receive your free optional. The code will take $50 off your optional registration. For Studio Model which is $100, you will have to pay the balance which covers your photo package. You may also register for additional optional competitions and the Optional Crown Competitions.
YES! You can go home with 4 crowns the National and each of the 3 Optional Crowns!

All delegates' headshots will be listed in the program book, and on the website for People's Choice voting.
REQUIRED PHOTOS:
- Headshot - NO Crown and Banner, this will be used in the Yearbook
- Photo with Crown/Banner at your favorite appearance and/or Community Service Event.

Format: .jpg or .pdf
Color / Size: In color, high res, and no smaller than approx.: 1,000px wide by 1,200 tall.
Photos should be labeled: delegate's name_#

Everything will be at our host hotel except the off-site trip. A limited number of rooms are reserved, both king and queen size. If you have any issues with reserving your room under the group rate, please let me know ASAP, so that I can have more rooms added. Our group rate is valid for Thursday May 23 - Monday, May 27, 2024. Link will open on October 1, 2023. The rate is $139 per night. Parking and internet are free. We worked hard to negotiate this rate and ensure it is the most cost effective rate available.

Mary O. Photography is the EXCLUSIVE photography provider of the Emissary Pageants International Congress Texas State Pageant. No other photography is permitted. Those caught violating Emissary Pageants International Congress's copyright will be ejected from the ballroom and not permitted re-entry or refund. All photography is provided via digital download with a print release.
