A New Year Reflection

As a pageant girl, we put ourselves out there to have someone judge us on how we walk, present ourselves on stage, speak in public and perform during an interview. It can be scary, challenging, nerve wracking and intimidating but there are so many things we can learn from the experience. Congratulations to everyone who stepped on stage this week, this month and this year. It takes great courage to put yourself out there. I hope you all remember how amazing you are.

Keep in mind just because you didn’t make the top ten, top five or top three, know you showed your best self on stage and in the interview room. You should be proud of your accomplishments and your hard work. If you were authentically yourself and happy with every competition you competed in, made some new friends, had fun at all the rehearsals and made some wonderful memories, you win! Celebrate your successes and thank your supporters. Get ready to start a new chapter in your pageant journey your story is far from over.
