
If you know the EPIC Director, you know she is hopelessly addicted to lemonade. So here is a fun recipe in her honor…
For the crust: Just mix and press into a 8 inch pie pan.
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling: Mix until fluffy and fold in to your prepared crust and chill.
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for extra punch)
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Topping (optional):
- Whipped cream
- Lemon slices or curls
