THE NATIONAL NOTEBOOK was designed to answer ALL of your questions!
This packet was also under "STEP ONE" of the application process. Each of you checked the box on the application that you "Read and Understood" the packet. Including agreeing to our no refunds, ethics and bullying policy.

One optional competition of your choice is included in your National Package Fee. You must register for it at the link below with your unique code from your acceptance email to receive your free optional. The code will take $75 off your optional registration. For Studio Model which is $150, you will have to pay the balance which covers your photo package. You may also register for additional optional competitions and the Optional Crown Competitions.
YES! You can go home with 4 crowns the National and each of the 3 Optional Crowns!

All delegates' headshots will be listed in the program book, and on the website for People's Choice voting.

- Headshot - NO Crown and Banner, this will be used in the Yearbook
- Photo with Crown and Banner (3/4 Length) - Outfit of choice
- Photo with Crown/Banner at your favorite appearance and/or Community Service Event.

Color / Size: In color, high res, and no smaller than approx.: 1,000px wide by 1,200 tall.

All delegates are required to submit 1 Full Spotlight Page Ad INCLUDED in your National Package Fee. Our preferred vendor is Mary O. Photography. Their design services are also included in your National Package Fee.

Everything will be at our host hotel except the off-site trip. A limited number of rooms are reserved, both king and queen size. If you have any issues with reserving your room under the group rate, please let me know ASAP, so that I can attempt to have more rooms added. Our group rate is valid for Tuesday June 23, 2026 - Wednesday July 1, 2026. The rate is $99 per night. Parking is valet only and is being discounted and internet is free. They also have an optional Destination Package that is optional. It is worth it if you will use it. We worked hard to negotiate this rate and ensure it is the most cost effective rate available. Rooms may fill up DO NOT WAIT TO BOOK!
ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH THE GROUP LINK BY JUNE 1, 2026.
NOTE ABOUT AUTHORIZED VENDORS:
You are not obligated but encouraged to use our official sponsors. These are the ONLY teams allowed backstage access to help you. As AUTHORIZED VENDORS they receive instructions on pageant preferences and rules directly from the Directorship Team. They have been vetted and tested prior to becoming AUTHORIZED VENDORS and their skill and safety standards meet or exceed our requirements. Their financial sponsorship directly contributes to the pageant experience and/or prize package and their pricing has been approved. While other vendors may be cheaper and willing to work with you in the privacy of your room, they have not been vetted by pageant staff for safety, skill, do not have the same orientation benefit and they are not contributing to the pageant's success or prize package. If you have a vendor you want considered for the list below, they may contact the National Office at 210-920-5735 or info@epicpageants.com to go through the process of becoming an authorized vendor. Choosing to utilize a AUTHORIZED VENDOR is to your best advantage as a competitor and future winner.
HAIR/MAKEUP SERVICES
You are not obligated but encouraged to use our official sponsors. These are the only hair/makeup teams allowed backstage and dressing room access. Be aware you will not be allowed to return to your room mid-show for touch ups or hair changes. Hot tools are not permitted in the dressing room for safety reasons. Plan accordingly.

Mary O. Photography is the EXCLUSIVE photography provider of the Emissary Pageants International Congress United States National Pageant. No other photography is permitted. Those caught violating Emissary Pageants International Congress's copyright will be ejected from the ballroom and not permitted re-entry or refund. All photography is provided via digital download with a print release.

As a charity-driven pageant, each delegate is challenged to use her leadership skills to advocate for a nonprofit organization she is passionate about. Every vote helps support incredible causes while celebrating the delegates making a difference in their communities.

💜 75% of proceeds benefit charity!
The delegate with the most votes overall will earn a donation equal to 50% of the proceeds from voting for the nonprofit organization of her choice.
