A coach who won’t accept anything less than the best from your kid- like you do.
A coach who prioritizes a relationship with YOU so they can align how they support, encourage, and motivate your kid with what you find important.
A coach who also prioritizes the JOB and doesn’t see it as a hobby or something to fill their free time.
And most importantly, it’s important to find a coach who has a genuine love for your kid. Period.
