Your 2025 Miss United States Emissary is Cyara Grayson Allen from North Carolina. At just 22 years old, Cyara is already making a meaningful impact in the healthcare field. Born and raised in Virginia, currently living in Kernersville, NC she works as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in a pediatric clinic, where her passion for children’s health shines through in everything she does. With a warm heart, a nurturing spirit, and a strong sense of purpose, she strives daily to ensure that every child she works with receives quality care, support, and the chance to live a healthy, happy life.
From a young age, Cyara knew she wanted to work in healthcare. Driven by a desire to help others and inspired by her love for children, she chose to specialize in pediatrics. Her role as a CMA allows her to be on the front lines of care—communicating with families, supporting physicians, administering treatments, and comforting young patients when they need it most. Whether it’s providing preventive education or simply being a kind presence, she treats each child as if they were her own.
While she’s already accomplished much professionally, Cyara is also deeply committed to personal and academic growth. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Management with the goal of stepping into a leadership role in the healthcare industry. Her long-term vision includes developing and implementing policies that will improve access to quality healthcare for children and families in underserved communities. She believes that true change begins from within the system, and she’s determined to be a voice for progress, equity, and compassion in healthcare.
Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Cyara enjoys a well-rounded and fulfilling personal life. She loves cooking and often experiments with new recipes that bring joy and connection to her family gatherings. Traveling is another passion of hers—she finds great value in exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and gaining fresh perspectives that enrich both her personal life and her approach to patient care. Most importantly, she cherishes time spent with her family. Their support and love have been the foundation of her journey, and she makes it a priority to stay close to them no matter how busy life gets.
