Hailing from Pennsylvania, Kennedy Williams proudly serves as the 2025 Jr. Miss United States Emissary. At 17 years old, she is preparing to begin her senior year of high school. Kennedy is enrolled in the Veterinary Sciences program at her technical high school, where she is gaining valuable experience and earning credits that will give her a head start in her collegiate studies.
Kennedy’s hobbies reflect both her curiosity and creativity. She enjoys reading, running, experimenting with new hair products, and collecting unique, eye-catching earrings. A fan of classic television, she considers The Office her favorite show—so much so that she can recount the entire plot in vivid detail. Her favorite Disney princess has always been Ariel, and her love for flowers, especially baby’s breath, adds a whimsical touch to her personality.
Her deepest passion lies in her platform, Cans for Wishes. Kennedy was first introduced to the initiative through a close friend who could no longer compete and encouraged her to step in. Though hesitant at first, Kennedy took the leap and, just three days later, found herself on stage at a local pageant doing her best with limited pageant experience. To her surprise and gratitude, the judges recognized her potential, igniting a newfound passion for the cause.
Cans for Wishes promotes recycling aluminum cans and other metals to help fund wishes for children facing critical illnesses. When given the opportunity by EPIC Director, Mary Oakes to represent this platform, Kennedy accepted the Pennsylvania State Title without hesitation and began her EPIC journey. She believes more people should understand the powerful impact their recyclables can make—something as small as an empty soda can could help grant a life-changing wish.
As the 2025 Jr. Miss United States Emissary, Kennedy is excited to share her journey and hopes to inspire others with her message: You CAN make a difference!
