Upon registration, you are accepting and agreeing that you have read the policies, rules, and regulations below and agree to abide by these rules. You also understand that by submitting this form, there are NO REFUNDS or transfers, and you are required to attend nationals.
If, for any reason, you withdraw, you are subject to a $250 withdrawal fee.
- By completing this form, you are agreeing to represent your state or regional title. This registration form is a formal commitment to attend the 2026 EPIC United States National Pageant that will be held June 25-29, 2026. If, for any reason, you withdraw, you may be subject to $250 withdrawal fee and required to return your state or regional sash and crown to the national office at your own expense.
- Upon registration, you agree to pay your Registration, State-Appointed Title Fee, National Package Fees, and any other fees associated with your registration by the deadlines established by the EPIC US National Pageant. All delegates must make payment plan arrangements upon acceptance. Late payments incur a $50 Late fee. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 15, 2025, OR YOU WILL BE DROPPED WITH NO REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All fees, etc., must be paid by Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc. We will not accept personal checks as a form of your entry fee.
- All fees and monies paid to Emissary Pageants International Congress, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- EPIC Pageants reserves the right to change the date, location, and competitions at the sole discretion of Emissary Pageants International Congress, LLC.
- Emissary Pageants International Congress, LLC is not responsible for any gifts/prizes that are forfeited or otherwise not provided by a sponsor.
- If, for any reason, you choose to withdraw from EPIC Pageants, you will not receive any gifts or items that are included in the National Package Fee, AND you must return your state/regional crown and sash at your own expense.
- Delegates/Parents/Guardians agree and understand that all judges’ comments are final, and we reserve the right to disqualify any delegate on the grounds of unsportsmanlike behavior
- Age divisions are age as of January 1, 2026. We reserve the right to require you to submit a copy of the delegate’s birth certificate, marriage certificate, state identification, or other documentation to support division eligibility.
- If the delegate is selected to represent EPIC Pageants as a National Titleholder, delegates/chaperones will be required to sign the Official EPIC Pageants National Contract.
- Delegates and their parents/guardians give permission to EPIC Pageants to use all photos and videos for promotional use in both print and social media.
- All balances must be paid in full by the deadlines set forth.
- All delegates must be natural-born females.
- All delegates must be a US citizens and reside in the USA.
- All delegates must be of good moral character.
- All delegates, Young Miss through Miss, must have never been married or had children.
- Delegates in the Ms. Division must be unmarried/divorced/widowed at the time of registration and remain unmarried/divorced/widowed throughout their reign, and may have children
- Delegates in the Mrs. Division must be married and may have children.
- Delegates in the Elite Division can be of any marital status and may have children
- Delegates in Miss Divisions and below may not share a room with a romantic partner during EPIC pageants or events.
- All delegates and their parents/guardians agree that Emissary Pageants International Congress, LLC is not liable for any damages or liability and agree not to bring any legal action against the organization, its directors, volunteers, or staff for any claims.
- Delegates and their parents/guardians forever discharge the pageant, its directors, volunteers, and staff from any claims associated with damages, theft, accident, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the EPIC US National Pageant.
